I woke up this morning with an itch to bake. It has been a while since I have been in the kitchen whipping up something wonderful. I went to skinnytaste for an idea and found this wonderful pumpkin roll. I was a little nervous about the rolling step, but if you follow her directions it will be easy as pie.
